How it will help you…
  • You only need to enter your personal and academic information once - it is transferred automatically to each institution you choose
  • Authorizing institutions to request transcript transfers saves you time and money
  • You will not be charged a fee for transcripts transferred through ApplyAlberta.




Before creating an account, get your MyPass account created (or reset) by visiting our main office. 
Print your "Detailed Academic Report" (found in your MyPass account).
When your application asks for your grade history, enter the following:
a) your core classes from grade 11 and your final mark 
b) any grade 12 core classes you've already completed and your final mark
c) your semester 1 grade 12 core classes as "in progress" and the final mark you believe you'll end up with
d) your semester 2 grade 12 core classes as "planning to take" and the final mark you believe you'll end up with
e) IF you took Art 30, Instrumental Music 30, Drama 30, Choral Music 30, and/or Aboriginal Studies 30, enter those as well (and the 20-levels too)
f) IF your program accepts PhysEd 30, 3cr Religion 35 (especially when combined with a 3cr option), and/or 3000-level CTS credits, enter those (and the 20-levels too)
